'Renoy\'s Channel : https://youtube.com/channel/UCLdBefhLMLCJy1rFwVLX6_A Ingredients:- 1. Maida – 1 cup (5 tbsp) 2. Carrot – 2 cups 3. Baking powder – 1 tsp 4. Baking soda – ¼ tsp 5. Coco powder – 1 tsp 6. Salt – ¼ tsp 7. Sugar – 6 tbsp 8. Cinnamon – 1 large 9. Cloves – 2 nos 10. Elaichi – 1 no 11. Egg – 2 nos 12. Sunflower oil – ½ cup 13. Vanila essence – 1 tsp 14. Cashewnut – as required For Caramel:- 1. Sugar – 3 tbsp 2. water – 2 tbsp Grate the carrot and keep it aside. For Caramel Preparation:- Heat a pan and add 3 tbsp of sugar, stir continuously and melt it in high flame. Once it starts to melt, low the flame and stir it until it gets brown and add 2 tbsp of water and switch off the flame. Now pour the caramel into the bowl in which we prepare the cake batter. Preparation of cake batter:- 1. Sift maida, baking powder, baking soda, coco powder, salt. 2. Now powder the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, Elaichi in a mixie jar. 3. Blend egg and sunflower oil along with powdered sugar in the mixie jar. 4. Pour the mix to the caramel and add vanilla essence and mix well with a whisk. 5. Now add crushed cashewnut and grated carrot and mix well with the whisk. 6. Now our cake batter is ready. 7. Grease a paper mould and pour the batter and garnish it with cashew nut. 8.
